Quidi Vidi Village Plantation artisan Kumi Stoddart spinning alpaca fibres on the wheel.

Kumi hand-dyes skeins of wool and other natural fibres with local plants, producing exquisite soft tones of blue, green and grey. With these spun alpaca fibres she will go on to knit something extraordinary.

 

Quidi Vidi Village Plantation artisan Anna Murphy of Yellow Rose screenprints her original salt cod design onto a pillow case.

Anna’s product lines include oringal screen-printed designs on pillows & pillow-cases, hand-dyed silk scarves, fabric covered journals and hand-dyed fabrics.
